Who We Are
Family Crisis Support Services provides a Rapid Re-housing program to assist in homeless prevention. Individuals and families that are homeless or at-risk of being homeless will benefit from this resource as they offer emergency assistance to prevent or lessen the time of homelessness. This service provides:
- short-term financial assistance for utilities or rent
- assistance finding and gettting rental properties
- case management to ensure the individual/family can maintain the independent living
Family Crisis Support Services also provides families with access to supportive services in order to prepare for a permanent independent living status.
