Who We Are
Lift Me Up! offers a therapeutic recreation program for veterans recovering from injuries. In coordination with the VA Medical Center, Wounded Warrior Project and PATH Horse for Heroes, Lift Me Up! provides lessions that assist veterans coping with a variety of conditions including traumatic brain injuries, depression and post-traumatic stress disorder. Often these conditions are compounded with other physical injuries.
