Who We Are

The Virginia Rent Relief Program (RRP) is designed to support housing stability during the COVID-19 pandemic by providing financial assistance and rent payments for eligible households. This includes payments past due beginning April 1, 2020. Financial assistance is a one-time payment with the opportunity for renewal based on the availability of funding and the household’s need for additional assistance and continued eligibility.

For residents seeking assistance, contact Coordinated Services Planning at 703-222-0880, Monday-Friday 8 am - 4:30 pm.

Landlords can now apply to receive financial assistance for current and past-due rental payments on behalf of their tenants who qualify for RMRP. Or for questions they can call 703-324-5580.
