Jewish Family Services of Tidewater (JFS) offers medical transportation. People currently enrolled with JFS are eligible for transportation services. If you are not enrolled with JFS, please contact us to arrange a complimentary consultation about your service needs.
Driver will pick you up at your door, and escort you into your doctor’s office. Other services available are counseling, adoption, home health care, care navigation, and food and financial assistance provided by JFS staff and volunteers.
