Who We Are
Flagler Housing and Homeless Services provide a rapid re-housing assistance to homeless families. Homeless individuals, youth and veterans in Greater Richmond and the Tri-Cities can take advantage of this program. The program helps the homeless find permanent rental housing as quickly as possible. Supportive services such as case management, employment training, links to community resources, budget counseling, are also provided, as needed.
