Who We Are

Skilled nurses at OptimumCare Home Care offer rehabilitative therapy which can help prevent falls as well as numerous other benefits. The goal is to provide continued treatment from hospital to home so that the healing process is not interrupted.

Nurses are tasked with various other health management responsibilities including but not limited to:
