Who We Are
Hampton Roads Community Action Program (HRCAP) offers transitional house for displaced veterans. The Veteran's transitional house provides short term temporary housing for low income veterans to help prevent homelessness. While having access to stable housing, veterans have financial counseling so they can successfully transition back into the community. Please call for more information.
