Get DirectionsWho We Are
Richmond Behavioral Health Authority (RBHA) clinicians and case managers place consumers in appropriate levels of care and then, to the extent possible, monitor consumer progress and participation through a continuum of treatment services. Most services are provided by community-based programs under contract with RBHA. Staff also communicate with referral sources regarding individual treatment plans, treatment progress and treatment plan modifications. Case managers follow up to re-engage consumers who drop-out of treatment programs.
