Who We Are
VIP (Veterans Independence Program) is a veteran’s directed home and community based service program that serves eligible veterans of any age who are at risk of nursing home placement and their family caregivers. VIP allows veterans to receive home and community based services that enable them to avoid institutionalization and continue to live in their homes and communities for as long as possible. Services provided in the VIP program include:
Case management; Audlt day care; Assistive devices; Caregiver support; Carematch; Environmental support; housing; home modifications; in-home personal care; meal delivery; and transportation.
