Who We Are
Region Ten Community Services Board (RTCSB) offers PATH (Projects for Assistance in Transition) services are for people with serious behavioral health disorders, including those with co-occurring substance use disorders, who are experiencing homelessness or at risk of becoming homeless. PATH services include community-based outreach, behavioral health, substance use, case management and a limited set of housing services.
