Alzheimer's and Memory Care, Sunrise of Falls Church

The Alzheimer’s and Memory Care Program at Sunrise of Falls Church is focused firmly on the individual and on providing a safe, familiar, yet stimulating environment. Sunrise’s Reminiscence neighborhoods are specially designed to provide comfort and security in a separate environment for those with Alzheimer’s, dementia and other forms of memory loss. The team is trained to value each senior and to recognize their different preferences and needs. Memory loss affects every resident differently and focus is on understanding each individual senior to provide care they respond to positively.
