Financial Assistance for Rural Virginians

SERCAP's Mission is to Improve the Quality of Life for Low-income Individuals by Promoting Affordable Water and Wastewater Facilities, Community Development, Environmental Health, and Economic Self-sufficiency.

Some of the Programs and services to Individuals include Technical and Financial Assistance for Individual Household Well and Septic System Repairs/Replacement, Housing Rehabilitation Services for Sub-standard Housing and Households with Incomplete Indoor Plumbing, and Financial and Housing Counseling Services.

SERCAP also offers  Grant Program to address water and wastewater issues,  Loans for septic work, wells and home improvements, Housing assistance includes indoor plumbing and rehabilitation and Aging in Place services.
