Case Management, Veterans

Armed Forces Services Corporation (AFSC), now AFSC/Magellan, provides case management to military personnel and their families. AFSC staff stay current with emerging treatments for reintegrating Wounded Warriors and their families back into the community. Our approach focuses on building a collaborative process that will assess, analyze, implement and evaluate the different options and services available to meet each individual's health needs.  Staff will coordinate services and are skilled at negotiating for services in and out of the network.
