Who We Are
The Section 8 Security Deposit Loan Program provides a service to families seeking to move into federal Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) rental units. A loan is for the amount of the security deposit. If the renter cannot afford the security deposit and the first month's rent, the loan can help so the individual can move into permanent housing. Repayment terms are interest-free.
