Who We Are

The Junction Center for Independent Living, Inc., an agent for the Virginia Housing Development Authority, administers rental assistance Housing Choice Vouchers for low income individuals with a disability. The program helps people with disabilities find safe, accessible and affordable housing. The voucher program of VHDA provides rental assistance to individuals with low incomes throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia.
