Who We Are
Alexandria Community Services Board's substance abuse services are offered at 2355 Mill Road.
The services available include: Individual, group and family counseling; Support groups; Detox support 24 hours a day for people who are intoxicated or in withdrawal from drugs or alcohol and do not require hospital care; Methadone treatment for persons addicted to certain narcotics; Case management to help access and coordinate services; Residential programs including group homes; Day support programs; Confidential testing for HIV, tuberculosis and hepatitis.
