Who We Are
Henrico Area Mental Health & Developmental Services (HAMHDS) serves people experiencing the effects of or at risk for behavioral health disorders, developmental disability or delay, and substance use in Henrico, Charles City, and New Kent counties.
A comprehensive continuum of mental health services is available to the individuals served. Services are provided throughout the lifespan of individuals who are experiencing a range of symptoms and illnesses. The services fall into three categories: Prevention, Treatment, and Recovery.
