Who We Are
Housed on the campus of McGuire Hospital, and in partnership with the Department of Veterans Affairs, HomeAgain provides a comprehensive transitional housing programs for veterans. HomeAgain partners with the VA to ensure that the needs of honorably discharged US Veterans, including medical, mental health and addictions, are met. Veterans are assisted with intensive case management designed to assist them in securing and maintaining permanent housing.
Services also include a variety of support and educational groups designed to facilitate long-term housing success. HomeAgain believes that those who serve our country should never be homeless.
