Who We Are
HomeAgain operates on the Housing First principle, the program works to secure housing for those who need it. The service is not meant to be a long-term solution. Instead, it is designed to end homelessness and return those in a temporary housing crisis to stability as quickly as possible.
To be eligible for this program, the individual or family must already be in HomeAgain's system, in a shelter. After being in the shelter for several days, an application for housing and financial assistance can be made.
