Who We Are
Transition Services - The Transition Assistance Program, or TAP, offers personnel an Individual Transition Plan, which will ease reentry into civilian life. Consider beginning your transition process at least one year prior to your retirement or separation. Weekly briefings are provided on transition benefits, Defense Outplacement Referral System, or DORS, Public and Community Service, or PACS, and the A&FRC resource library.
There is a monthly two-and-a-half day seminar, which address job search skills. Seminars begin Mondays at 1 p.m. with the Veterans Administration Benefits Briefing. The following two days of TAP cover job search topics from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
