Who We Are
The Suffolk Literacy Council provides free one-on-one tutoring for non-reading adults and those with limited reading skills. Can offer individual and small group instruction in English as a second language. Offers special education for the socially or economically disadvantaged, tutoring programs, G.E.D. preparation, supplementary educational service, adult basic education, remedial reading, and illiteracy elimination programs.
