Volunteers of America, Chesapeake (VOA-C) operates a Rapid Rehousing program in partnership with Virginia Homeless Solutions Program, an entity of the Virginia Department of Housing and Community Development.
Financial and case management resources can be provided to those households that are literally homeless. VOA-C works with local landlords to quickly get eligible households into permanent housing while providing case management services and other supportive services to ensure housing stability.
