Who We Are
The Department of Mental Health, Substance Abuse and Developmental Services (MHSADS) provides services to Loudoun County residents with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including mental health and substance abuse outpatient, emergency services, developmental disabilities case management, job coaching, early intervention services, residential services, and outreach in all three disability areas.
The Loudoun County Community Services Board oversees MHSADS programs and services, sets departmental policy and procedures, and determines priorities as mandated by the state of Virginia.
