Family Health Care

Staunton River Family Physicians offers family medicine with three physicians, one nurse practitioner, three nurses, one lab technician and four office staff who provide indigent care in the area. Provides medical care for infants, children and adolescents, adults and senior citizens.



Services include wellness and preventive care, routine physical exams, counseling for a variety of health concerns, immunizations for flu and allergies, diagnostic services such as lab, xray, echocardiogram, vascular and diagnostic ultrasound, bone density testing, diabetic education and weight management and counseling.



This facility is a location of Central Virginia Family Physicians (CVFP). The office files all insurance forms, even for those companies with whom we do not participate. Payments for non-covered services, co-payments, deductibles and coinsurance amounts are expected at the time the services are provided.
