Regional Roanoke Valley Community Health Assessment Survey

Regional Roanoke Valley Community Health Assessment Survey: Carilion Clinic, in partnership with Healthy Roanoke Valley (HRV) and the Roanoke City and Alleghany Health Districts, is conducting the 2021 Community Health Assessment (CHA) of the Roanoke Valley. Key themes from the Community Health Assessment will be used to develop programs and initiatives to address community needs. We need your help gathering input! The first step of the CHA process is assessing the needs of communities through the Community Health Assessment Survey.
