Who We Are



The Pay It Forward Direct Assistance Loan Program provides emergency assistance to Loudoun County residents experiencing a financial emergency brought about by personal or community crisis, with re-payment back to the fund for use by others.

The program was established by 100WomenStrong in direct response to the current COVID-19 health crisis, but it is designed to continue beyond the current situation. Loans will be flexible and responsive, supporting expenses such as a mortgage, rent, utility, car loan payment, insurance, medical, childcare or other needs. The goal is to have the loan repaid with an affordable interest rate, growing the fund and making it sustainable to assist others in need.
