Emergency Services, Fluvanna County

Region Ten Community Services Board (RTCSB) offers Emergency Services  24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year for any individual experiencing behavioral health crisis, regardless of age, ability, diagnosis or any other factors. Services include counseling and phone consultations with or about people in crisis, as well as admission screenings for Region Ten’s crisis stabilization center, psychiatric hospitalizations or short-term crisis intervention.

Services may be provided over the telephone or face-to-face and may occur in clinics, detention centers, hospital emergency rooms and other locations. Some of these services may be provided in association with the judicial commitment process. In all cases, the least restrictive option to help a consumer in crisis is used. 

Emergency Services are provided at the following locations: Peterson Health Center, Fluvanna Counseling Center, Greene Counseling Center, Louisa Counseling Center and Nelson Counseling Center.
