Intake Process
Contact the Hunt Country Health Services office.
Home visits are scheduled on a regularly monthly basis through the office. Patients are normally called 24 to 48 hours prior to arrange a visit. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a specific time for the visit due to travel time and the needs of each patient seen that day. Follow-up visits are scheduled based upon your specific needs.
If the patient becomes ill and is in need for a home visit, we will do our best to fit you into the schedule within 48 hours of your call. Primary HomeCare is not an emergency service. If you feel that your situation is urgent, or you cannot wait for a visit, please call 911.
