Who We Are
Valley Community Services Board's Crisis Support Services program provides therapeutic support to consumers who are experiencing a psychiatric crisis. The program focuses on addressing short term, achievable goals to resolve the current crisis. Services are offered for a brief period of time. Therapeutic sessions are scheduled to fit the individual’s needs and desired level of support.
Services include:
- Screening assessment,
- Therapeutic support,
- Group counseling,
- Individual counseling,
- Behavioral and symptom management,
- Coordination of care and referrals.

Crisis emergency services are available 24 hours per day, every day by calling (540) 885-0866, (540) 943-1590 or (866) 274-7475. The Walk-In Clinic hours are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 8:15 AM until 10:00 AM and Wednesday and Friday from 1:45 PM until 3:30 PM.
