As part of its mission, the Coalition works with unemployed homeless individuals and heads-of-households (veterans or non-veterans) through its Employment Services and Training Division to get them back into the workforce. Its goal is to provide participants with the job skills they need for independent living. Activities can include substance abuse education, job readiness activities, job placement, work experience, skills development and more.
