Rapid Re-Housing

ACTS offers a multi-faceted program that assists families in gaining the tools necessary to achieve economic independence and self-sufficiency. Participating families enter into a two-year program of intensive case management designed to assist them in maintaining a permanent home by focusing on educational, vocational and job skills. 



Classes include Financial Management, Job Skills Readiness, Parenting, Health and Nutrition, Stress Management, Healthy Relationships and Boundaries, Goal Setting and Time Management.  The classes are taught by staff as well as professional community volunteers. The children also participate in play groups and life skills classes.
