Event Description

Operation Safe Travel is a free virtual workshop on Friday, April 19, 2024 from 11am until 12noon.  

Please join us for a workshop to help improve your travel skills or if you feel anxious crossing a street, knowing when you reach a corner, or seeing the walk/don't walk sign. 

Mobility experts will provide tips to help people with vision problems develop better travel skills.  Instruction will cover techniques to improve ways to navigate commonly traveled routes, like bus stops and subways, improve safety, and how you can improve overall confidence.
