Adira Foundation and VirginiaNavigator staff want to hear your thoughts on ways to improve service offerings and experiences for patients and care partners living with: Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias, ALS, Huntington’s disease, Multiple sclerosis, and
Parkinson’s disease. Please email Kim Tarantino by July 6 if you can attend, and we’ll send you a Zoom link. As a token of thanks, our friends at Adira Foundation will send a small gift card to participating patients and care partners.
