We Honor Veterans

Please join Teresa Brockwell, Volunteer Coordinator at Crater Community Hospice, along with Veteran Volunteers as they discuss the We Honor Veterans program which is a collaboration between the National Hospice & Palliative Care Organization and the Dept. of Veterans Affairs. This program works with healthcare partners on a local and national level to focus on respectful inquiry, compassionate listening and grateful acknowledgement of our American Veterans facing serious illness and end of life care.
