Open House on May 21st at Senior Connections to see how they connect older adults and individuals with disabilities with services and resources to help them live an improved quality of life, create opportunities to promote individual life enrichment through wellness classes, social engagement programs and care coordination and contribut the community by empowering seniors and individuals with disabilities to live with dignity and choice.
