Remembering Their Sacrifice, Memorial Day Ceremony. Monday, May 28, 2018 at 11:00 am. Free admission until Noon. This special Memorial Day ceremony officially recognizes the men and women who have sacrificed their lives for our freedoms. Brigadier General John “Jack” W. Mountcastle, U.S. Army (Retired). John W. (Jack) Mountcastle is from Richmond, VA. pecial music by Brass 5. The latest installment of veteran bricks will also be dedicated. Admission is free until noon. Doors open at 10 a.m. and the program begins at 11 a.m. Guests are asked to bring their own chair. No coolers or pets. Call (540) 586-3329 for more information.
