Virginia Caregivers and Patients Wanted for Neurodegenerative Disease Survey

About The Project

VirginiaNavigator has partnered with Adira Foundation on an exciting new project to improve the lives of people with neurodegenerative diseases. We’re serving Virginians with neurodegenerative diseases and their caregivers by helping them easily access comprehensive information on programs and services specifically designed for them. We’re also helping to develop a working model for more complex, targeted network mapping services that can be used nationwide.

Survey Participants Needed

A huge part of this project is collaboration and conversation with stakeholders. That’s why we’re recruiting Virginia residents with neurodegenerative diseases and their caregivers to take a short survey about their needs and experiences.
