Who is looking out for the caregiver’s health? Caregivers tend to put aside their own health needs when caring for another. They have a higher risk of health problems due to self-neglect and caregiver strain. This group will inspire caregivers to turn their focus on themselves. You will learn skills that support your whole health and wellbeing.
Past presentations and topic handouts can be found on the self-care topics handouts page.
