Who We Are
Cumberland Mountain Community Services Board offers Substance Abuse Case Management Services. The program's principle objective is to keep individuals engaged in treatment while moving toward recovery and while preventing relapse. Another principle objective in Case Management Services is to address an individual’s other problems concurrently with their substance abuse issues to increase the chances of successful treatment outcomes. Services may be provided through satellite offices in Cedar Bluff, Grundy, and Tazewell.
