Substance Abuse Outpatient Services, Russell

Cumberland Mountain Community Services Board offers Substance Use Outpatient Services which keeps individuals engaged in treatment while moving toward recovery and while preventing relapse. This continuum of care, including treatment and support services for substance use and co-occurring disorders, reduces an individual’s health consequences and crimes related to substance abuse and improves personal productivity.

This assessment and intervention approach emphasizes an individual’s uniqueness, level of functioning and susceptibility to addictive behavior(s) by assessing for stages of change and by collecting, integrating and interpreting multiple measures of biological, psychological and social functioning. Services may be provided through satellite offices in Lebanon, Grundy, and Tazewell.
