Who We Are
Bridging the Gaps (BTG) provides weekly continuing care service for adults suffering from the disease of addiction.
Clients engaged in the continuing care program receive ongoing support and case management to complete the treatment experience. The continuing care program consists of a 90 minute group session held once a week. Individual sessions are also available.
