Military and Family Life Consultant Program

Military and Family Life Consultant (MFLC) Program is available to all branches of the Military.  The program provides non-medical short-term, situational problem-solving counseling to service members and their families.  Services can be provided on or off military installations and can be provided to individuals, couples, families and groups.  Services are confidential and private, except for duty-to-warn situations, child abuse or domestic abuse.

Counseling areas include anger management; communication; relationship issues; conflict resolution; parenting; and decision-making skills.  Counseling for military lifestyle areas include deployment stress; coping skills; relocation adjustment; reintegration; sadness, grief and loss; homesickness; and separation.
