Angel Rides Medical Transportation

Angel Ride provides assisted transportation to your scheduled medical appointments including physical or occupational therapy sessions, dialysis, infusions, chemotherapy, or radiation treatments.  At medical appointments, Angel Ride drivers advocate for clients, assist with filling out medical forms, ask questions, take notes, conference family members in with the doctor during the exam, and serve as a liaison between the medical staff and family members.  At outpatient surgery, colonoscopy, or endoscopy procedures, the driver will act as the responsible party, be present during surgery, and be responsible for returning the client safely home.

Mobility devices (walkers, canes, rollators) are welcome.  Folding wheelchairs are transportable if the client can safely and independently transfer.

Transportation is also offered for shopping, errands, and social outings.
