Who We Are
Cornerstones and the Cornerstones Housing Corporation (CHC) have been helping families by providing affordable housing options in Fairfax County. Cornerstones Housing Corporation owns 47 townhouses and 11 condominiums, including low-income, affordable senior housing. The properties are located throughout the Reston, Herndon, and Centreville areas. The homes are rented at affordable rates to individuals and families who earn half or less than the area’s median income. Residents have the option to receive supportive services, goal setting, and counseling provided by Cornerstones care managers.
