Who We Are
Stacey Hoffman, Clinical Psychologist, and Katherine Lebeda, License Clinical Social Worker, provide support in the home and community for people living with a serious mental illness. Services are based on the needs of the individual. These services may include training and support necessary for the person to maintain personal care and social skills, complete independent living tasks, and develop and improve community living skills.
