Who We Are
LifeMatters provides skilled care services, Long Term Skilled Care and Live In Nurses for clients returning from hospitalization or rehabilitation or those with more chronic conditions. Some of the services include: ventilator management, wound care, feeding tubes, develop plan of care, diabetic education, ostomy care, oxygen administration and safety.
Specialized Care includes Parkinson's Care and Movement Disorder Care.
