Who We Are
Western Tidewater Community Services Board (WTCSB) serves residents and people located in the Cities of Franklin and Suffolk and the Counties of Isle of Wight and Southampton. WTCSB is the single point of entry for access to behavioral health and substance use services and supports for individuals with developmental disabilities. Staff advocate for people who are receiving or are in need of services and act as community educators, organizers and planners.
