Who We Are
An administrative office that plans, implements, develops and evaluates public community behavioral health, intellectual disability, and substance abuse services for Portsmouth residents. Also provides information and referral to related public, private and non-profit services and resources.
Central Access is a single point of entry for initial intake assessment and evaluation and appropriate referral for all individuals seeking services.
