Skilled Nursing Facility

Wonder City Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, formerly Hopewell Health Care Center, provides skilled nursing care.  Services can include wound care, IV therapy, rehabilitative services, respite, and long-term health care. Offers a complete continuum of care, from moderate to more intensive medical and nursing support, as well as rehabilitative sub-acute care. These include long-term and short-term residency. Rehabilitation is available to include physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech-language therapy on an inpatient basis.

Capacity is 130 beds.
