Who We Are

Alelxandria's Workforce Development Center (WDC) offers staffing solutions to businesses and provides services and resources for the job seekers including access to the Career Center.  Job Seekers Link

WDC operates the Virginia Initiative for Employment not Welfare (VIEW) Program, Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA - Adult Employment, Dislocated Worker and Youth and Young Adult), Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program Employment Training (SNAPET), TeensWork! (public and private programs, Refugee Employment Program, Disability Employment and Veteran Services



Assistive technology is available for persons who are visually or hearing impaired. Specially trained counselors are available to assist people with disabilities. Joblink is a service provider for "Ticket to Work Program". Call for more information if you reside in Alexandria and receive SSI or SSDI benefits due to a disability.
